Exchange Policy

 

ONLY WIGS can be  Exchanged within 5 days of delivery if the following conditions are met: 

Please DO NOT CUT THE LACE, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging 

Cost of shipping for exchanges  will be paid by the client.


In order to make sure that we are able to receive your  package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back WITHOUT our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.


Exchange products would be shipped again in 3-5 working days.
